About me

I help creator-led businesses become what they’re ready to become next.

I’ve spent most of my career helping creators turn expertise, audience, and momentum into real businesses. Over time, I became less interested in one tactic or channel — and more interested in the question underneath all of it: what should this business become next?

Built products

Courses, memberships & communities

Built onboarding, customer journeys, and learning experiences designed to help people join, stay, and get results.

Launched offers

Offers, marketing & monetization

Moved deeper into offers, positioning, campaigns, and launches — learning how to turn great products into revenue.

Became an operator

From portfolio work to COO

Moved from advising creator businesses to helping run them — first across a portfolio, and now as COO of Charisma on Command.

What I’ve learned

There’s usually a bigger business hiding inside what you’ve already built.

There’s usually a bigger business hiding inside what you’ve already built.

The opportunity usually isn’t one thing. It sits across what you sell, how you monetize it, how the team operates, and where the founder spends their time.

1

Find the leverage

Not every opportunity deserves to become a priority.

Find the few moves that can meaningfully change the business — and ignore the rest.

2

Build the right thing

Build the right thing

Turn demand into something real

Shape the product, offer, or IP around what people already want from you.

0

3

Design the business around it

Product is only the beginning.

Put the monetization, team, systems, and rhythms in place so it can grow without everything running through the founder.

0

4

Evolve the founder’s role

The business can’t outgrow you if you stay the bottleneck

Clarify what only the founder should own — and build the team and structure around everything else.

Experience

I learned by seeing hundreds of businesses — then by running them.

My career moved from advising and launching creator businesses to helping operate them from the inside.

Mighty Networks • 2022–2024

Senior Community Strategist

Mighty Networks is a Silicon Valley-based platform used by leading creators, experts, and brands to run memberships, courses, communities, and high-ticket programs.

At Mighty, I worked with some of the platform’s largest and most established customers — advising creators and founder-led businesses across launches, product strategy, memberships, onboarding, retention, and growth.

I managed a large portfolio, helped new creators get launched, and worked closely with top-tier brands and high-revenue businesses using the platform.

That exposure gave me hundreds of reps across different audiences, offers, and business models.

That’s where the pattern recognition came from.

Mighty Originals • 2025–2026

Portfolio General Manager / Operator

In 2025, I joined Mighty Originals — an internal startup and agency arm built inside Mighty Networks to work deeply with a smaller portfolio of major creator businesses.

I helped lead the business, working as an embedded GM across the portfolio. That meant leading revenue and leadership meetings, coordinating teams, overseeing launches, shaping product and marketing strategy, and staying close to execution.

The work covered the full business: what to build, how to monetize it, how to launch it, where growth could come from, how the customer experience should work, and how the team needed to operate.

I worked across businesses including Creator Masterminds, Jon Acuff, Joshua Becker, and Dr. Henry Cloud, while also consulting with creators including Dr. Rangan Chatterjee and Cesar Millan.

This was the shift from advising businesses to helping run them.

Chief Operating Officer

Charisma on Command · 2026–Present

Chief Operating Officer

Today I lead product, growth, team, and operations at Charisma on Command — improving the business today while building what comes next.

Alongside that role, I work with a small number of established creators as an embedded operating partner.

If you’re building what comes next, I’d love to hear about it.

If you’ve already built something that works — but see more potential in the audience, IP, or business behind it — that’s usually where I’m most useful.
